खाता व डेटा हटाने का अनुरोध

हटाने के चरण
- cps@vijaydal.com पर ईमेल भेजें, विषय में "डेटा हटाएं / Delete my account" लिखें।
- ईमेल में अपना यूज़रनेम, विधानसभा का नाम/नंबर और पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर लिखें। यदि आप मतदाता हैं, तो अपना नाम व बूथ/भाग संख्या लिखें।
- हम आपकी पहचान की पुष्टि करेंगे (जवाबी ईमेल/फ़ोन से)।
- पुष्टि के बाद 30 दिन के भीतर डेटा हटा दिया जाएगा और आपको सूचित किया जाएगा।
क्या हटाया जाता है
- यूज़र खाता — यूज़रनेम, पासवर्ड (हैश), भूमिका, उसकी अनुमतियाँ
- अपलोड की गई फ़ोटो
- मुफ़्त ट्रायल के लिए दिया गया नाम व मोबाइल नंबर
- मतदाता/समर्थक रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज आपका मोबाइल नंबर व व्यक्तिगत जानकारी (अनुरोध पर हटाई या मिटाई जाती है)
- विधानसभा-स्तर पर पूरा खाता हटवाने पर उस विधानसभा का पूरा डेटाबेस
क्या रखा जा सकता है
- भुगतान/इनवॉइस के रिकॉर्ड — क़ानून द्वारा आवश्यक अवधि तक (कार्ड/बैंक की जानकारी हम रखते ही नहीं; वह Razorpay के पास रहती है)
- सुरक्षा व जवाबदेही के आंतरिक उपयोग-लॉग — सीमित अवधि के लिए, पहचान हटाकर

Account & data deletion (English summary). To delete your account or data for the app
"विधानसभा चुनाव प्रबंधन तंत्र" (Election Management System), email
cps@vijaydal.com with the subject "Delete my account", your username,
constituency and registered mobile number. We verify your identity and delete the data within 30 days.
Deleted: user account (username, hashed password, role), uploaded photos, trial registration name/mobile,
and your personal details/mobile in voter or supporter records on request. Kept only as required by law:
payment/invoice records (card and bank details are never stored by us; they stay with Razorpay) and limited,
de-identified security logs.
